Tra que vegetable village (2,5km away)
This is one of the place I love most to troll through in weekends.
Tra Que – a little charming village lies on the edge of Hoi An. The village is named after the sweet scented vegetables that spice up the everyday meals of the Hoi An people. The farmers use neither manure nor chemical fertilizers but a kind of algae found only in a lagoon in Tra Que. As a result, the vegetables both look so beautiful in their fields as well as possessing outstanding taste and flavor. Products sold well and are highly appreciated due to the freshness, good quality and safety. That is why many eaters, even the easiest ones said that they feel tasteless if their meals lack in Tra Que vegetables.
This is a must to go place when you visit Hoi an- by just easily get there by bicycles to enjoy the fresh air or even join in the tour as a farmer in preparing land, fertilize it with seaweed from the local life.
