“We just spent a wonderful morning with the loveliest people who welcomed us into their home, sharing and teaching us about some of the best dishes we have enjoyed while in Hoi An. Nhi, Ha & Ma Ma Thu were wonderful hosts, so friendly and nice. We started with tour with Ha at the local market shopping for ingredients while learning about them and how they are used in daily cooking. Ha also told us about some local customs and traditions which we found very interesting. We then took our groceries back to the home where the cooking lesson began and we prepared and cooked some delicious, flavourful traditional dishes. We left with a full belly and very satisfied. In addition, we were given a small gift which was unexpected and on top of that they will send copies of the recipes. How thoughtful! Thank you to Nhi, Ha & Ma Ma Thu (and the cat 😁) for a most memorable experience and for sharing your time, stories and food. We look forward to making them when we return home. Absolutely recommend this Home Cooking experience - a must do.”

If you’re looking for a fun, interesting and thoughtful experience in Hoi An, you have to book this experience. We started with a bike ride to a local market where Ha gave us a very insightful tour and masterly answered all of our questions (which was many). We then ventured back to their homestay to meet with Nhi and her gorgeous Mum, Thu. We were all able to get stuck in and cook some very tasty food, including yummy vegetarian/ vegan dishes. What stood out was how friendly, welcoming and funny our hosts were. Simply enough, this was the best experience we’ve enjoyed so far in Vietnam and would rebook in a heartbeat!

Really really great experience. Small group of just 4 people only makes it feel unique and very special. Nhi and her family really welcome you into their beautiful home. She is a great host with excellent English. The best of any host while travelling Vietnam. We started with a short bike ride to buy the ingredients at a local market - Nhi knowledge was excellent and talked us through everything. We sampled some things I never would have known to try. Returning back to Nhi's home we prepared and cooked three excellent and tasty traditional local dishes. I really loved them. I highly highly recommend this experience. The cherry on the top was Nhi dropped a little gift to our hotel the next day. nothing more to say book this tour while in Hoi An.

Okay - stop looking and book Nhi’s experience. This was absolutely the best cultural and food experience I’ve had in several weeks in Vietnam. Nhi is such a fabulous person! Her tour of the market was awesome, we learned so much about many different ingredients and got to have tastes of a few amazing herbs. She taught us so many amazing recipes and the food was the best I’ve had yet!!! This is an authentic experience, not excessively touristy. Nhi also speaks amazing English and is so so so so welcoming. We love her!
